The process of height customization of Little Egret Cloth Stand

When a customer requests a custom height for the Little Egret coat rack, we charge a customization fee. Below is a detailed explanation, complete with images and text, outlining the procedures involved in handling custom coat rack height requests.

This time, the order is for a custom-made 95 cm high clothes rack. Therefore, please have the customer order a 110 cm clothes rack so it can be shortened to 95 cm.

#### Step 1: Cutting to the Specified Length At this stage, it's clear that the entire base of the stand appears disproportionately wide and flat.
#### Step 2: Determining the Optimal Width Ratio

According to the original design, we identify the best width ratio to maintain aesthetic balance.
#### Step 3: Adjusting the Jigs and Cutting to the Desired Width

We modify the tools to achieve the targeted width, ensuring the proportions are precise.

#### Step 4: Re-Rounding the Edges

Since the rounding on all four sides of the stand's legs is removed, we must redo the rounding process.
#### Step 5: Setting the Machine for Re-Rounding

We configure the machinery to accurately re-round the edges, enhancing the overall design.
#### Step 6: Final Sanding and Painting

The final step involves carefully sanding the stand and applying a fresh coat of paint.

For us designers, shortening the stand is not merely about reducing its length. The Little Egret Clothes Stand is designed with specific proportions in mind. Regardless of the length, we aim to maintain these design ratios to avoid any imbalance, such as a disproportionately large top or excessively slender form. 🤓
